What is Niuz?

Why can’t I log into Niuz?
You need to contact your Niuz Super Admin – likely the person who trained you on how to use Niuz.
If it’s not something easy for them to fix, they will escalate the issue to us.
For security reasons, Niuz staff do not and can not access your individual information.
I forgot my Niuz password. Help?
It happens to everyone.
First, click or tap the “Forgot Password” link on the Niuz login page, enter the email address associated with your Niuz account, and you’ll receive instruction to that email.
If that doesn’t work, because you can’t remember or don’t know the email address, speak with your Niuz Super Admin.
How does Niuz work?
Niuz is a cloud-based platform paired with a mobile application.
Management can use Niuz to send short-form information and updates to anyone on staff in seconds. These updates appear as notifications on mobile devices that, when tapped on, take you to that “post” in Niuz.
Think of Niuz like a mix of all the best parts of Twitter(X), Facebook, Instagram, Teams, Sharepoint, and WhatsApp, but without all the extra noise or security concerns.
Why did my company choose to work with Niuz?

Does Niuz have staff chat – like instant messaging?
Yes! Niuz has built-in chat that lets you send private messages to anyone in your organization – individuals or groups.
What makes chat with Niuz better than simple text messaging or other general chat apps, is that with Niuz chat YOU control who can and can’t use the chat feature.
And more, if someone was to leave your organization, with general messaging apps, the chat history stays on their phone. Not so with Niuz. Nothing in Niuz stays on personal devices.
How is Niuz different from HRIS tools like UKG?

What does Niuz share with my employer if it’s on my personal phone?

The only data that is shared with your employer is Niuz application specific interactivity.
Niuz tracks and saves when you log in to Niuz, post to Niuz, and comment within the Niuz app.
This information is used in dashboards available to your organization’s leadership to show how the Niuz app is being used, how often, and by whom.
We don’t track where, we don’t try to see your contacts, we don’t pull information from any other apps.
Niuz doesn’t track or monitor any other information on your phone.
